目的:了解湖南省肿瘤医院(以下简称“我院”)肿瘤患者发生药品不良反应( ADR)的特点和规律。方法:收集我院2012—2013年上报的393例ADR报告,按患者年龄、性别、所涉及的药品种类、给药途径、累及器官和(或)系统及临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:41~65岁中老年患者ADR发生率较高(297例,占75.5%);抗肿瘤药(98例,占24.9%)、中药注射剂和中成药(54例,占13.7%)、免疫调节剂(43例,占10.9%)发生ADR的例数居前3位;给药途径以静脉滴注为主(382例,占97.2%);51.8%(213例次)的患者表现为全身性症状。结论:医院需重视临床用药合理性,加强ADR监测工作,降低药品使用的风险。
目的:瞭解湖南省腫瘤醫院(以下簡稱“我院”)腫瘤患者髮生藥品不良反應( ADR)的特點和規律。方法:收集我院2012—2013年上報的393例ADR報告,按患者年齡、性彆、所涉及的藥品種類、給藥途徑、纍及器官和(或)繫統及臨床錶現等進行統計分析。結果:41~65歲中老年患者ADR髮生率較高(297例,佔75.5%);抗腫瘤藥(98例,佔24.9%)、中藥註射劑和中成藥(54例,佔13.7%)、免疫調節劑(43例,佔10.9%)髮生ADR的例數居前3位;給藥途徑以靜脈滴註為主(382例,佔97.2%);51.8%(213例次)的患者錶現為全身性癥狀。結論:醫院需重視臨床用藥閤理性,加彊ADR鑑測工作,降低藥品使用的風險。
목적:료해호남성종류의원(이하간칭“아원”)종류환자발생약품불량반응( ADR)적특점화규률。방법:수집아원2012—2013년상보적393례ADR보고,안환자년령、성별、소섭급적약품충류、급약도경、루급기관화(혹)계통급림상표현등진행통계분석。결과:41~65세중노년환자ADR발생솔교고(297례,점75.5%);항종류약(98례,점24.9%)、중약주사제화중성약(54례,점13.7%)、면역조절제(43례,점10.9%)발생ADR적례수거전3위;급약도경이정맥적주위주(382례,점97.2%);51.8%(213례차)적환자표현위전신성증상。결론:의원수중시림상용약합이성,가강ADR감측공작,강저약품사용적풍험。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and patterns of adverse drug reactions( ADR) in patients from Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) .METHODS: 393 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed statistically in terms of patients’ gender and age, drug types, route of administration, organ or system involved in ADR and clinical manifestation.RESULTS: Among 393 ADR cases, the elder patients aged 41-65 years showed the highest proportion ( 297 cases,75.5%); the ADR were induced mostly by antineoplastics(98 cases,24.9%), followed by traditional Chinese medicine injections(54 cases, 13.7%) and immunomodulators( 43 cases,10.9%); intravenous drip infusion was the main route of administration (382 cases, 97.2%); 51.8%( 213 cases ) manifested as systemic symptoms.CONCLUSIONS: Great importance should be attached to rational use of drugs and ADR monitoring so as to reduce the risk of drug use.
