目的:观察地塞米松联合昂丹司琼预防七氟醚全麻术后恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将240例择期拟行全麻腹腔镜术的妇科患者按随机数字表法分为4组,每组60例,分别为对照组(A组,不用止吐药)、地塞米松组(B组)、昂丹司琼组(C组)和地塞米松+昂丹司琼组(D组),观察并比较4组患者在术后24 h内出现恶心、呕吐的情况。结果:4组患者的术后恶心、呕吐分级不全相同(Hc=33.590,P<0.05),B、C、D组患者术后恶心、呕吐的发生率均低于A组(P<0.0083),B组与C组的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.082,P>0.05),B、C组也均高于D组(P<0.0125)。结论:地塞米松和昂丹司琼均能较好预防术后恶心、呕吐,2药联合应用具有协同作用,比单一应用的效果更佳。
目的:觀察地塞米鬆聯閤昂丹司瓊預防七氟醚全痳術後噁心、嘔吐的臨床療效。方法:將240例擇期擬行全痳腹腔鏡術的婦科患者按隨機數字錶法分為4組,每組60例,分彆為對照組(A組,不用止吐藥)、地塞米鬆組(B組)、昂丹司瓊組(C組)和地塞米鬆+昂丹司瓊組(D組),觀察併比較4組患者在術後24 h內齣現噁心、嘔吐的情況。結果:4組患者的術後噁心、嘔吐分級不全相同(Hc=33.590,P<0.05),B、C、D組患者術後噁心、嘔吐的髮生率均低于A組(P<0.0083),B組與C組的差異無統計學意義(χ2=0.082,P>0.05),B、C組也均高于D組(P<0.0125)。結論:地塞米鬆和昂丹司瓊均能較好預防術後噁心、嘔吐,2藥聯閤應用具有協同作用,比單一應用的效果更佳。
목적:관찰지새미송연합앙단사경예방칠불미전마술후악심、구토적림상료효。방법:장240례택기의행전마복강경술적부과환자안수궤수자표법분위4조,매조60례,분별위대조조(A조,불용지토약)、지새미송조(B조)、앙단사경조(C조)화지새미송+앙단사경조(D조),관찰병비교4조환자재술후24 h내출현악심、구토적정황。결과:4조환자적술후악심、구토분급불전상동(Hc=33.590,P<0.05),B、C、D조환자술후악심、구토적발생솔균저우A조(P<0.0083),B조여C조적차이무통계학의의(χ2=0.082,P>0.05),B、C조야균고우D조(P<0.0125)。결론:지새미송화앙단사경균능교호예방술후악심、구토,2약연합응용구유협동작용,비단일응용적효과경가。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical preventive efficacy of dexamethasone plus ondansetron against postoperative nausea and vomiting ( PONV) following general anesthesia using sevoflurane.METHODS:A total of 240 gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopy plus general anesthesia were randomly divided into four groups of 60 each with random number table method, i.e., Group A ( control group) received no antiemetics; Group B received dexamethasone;Group C received ondansetron, and Group D received dexamethasone plus ondansetron.PONV on the first postoperative day ( within 24 hours) was recorded and compared among the four groups.RESULTS:The grading of PONV ( Hc=33.590 , P<0.05 ) was not totally the same among the four groups ( c =33.590 , P<0.05 ); the incidences of PONV in the experimental groups (Group B, C and D) were all higher than in Group A (P<0.008 3), yet there were no statistical significance between group B and C ( P>0.05);the incidences of PONV in Group B and C were higher than in Group D ( P <0.012 5 ) , which was thought be the joint action of dexamethasone and ondansetron against PONV after general anesthesia with sevoflurane. CONCLUSIONS: Either dexamethasone or ondansetron showed satisfactory preventive efficacy against PONV; dexamethasone and ondansetron had better preventive efficacy against PONV if used in combination as compared with used alone.
