目的：：探讨利奈唑胺注射液对血小板（Plt）的影响,以期为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年3月至2013年7月使用利奈唑胺注射液出现血小板减少症的15例患者的病例资料。结果：15例患者利奈唑胺注射液的总剂量（12.32±4.60）g，疗程（10.27±3.83）d，开始出现Plt减少的时间为（8.73±4.48）d，Plt谷值（41.20±24.11）×109/L。用药前已存在肾功能损害患者出现Plt减少的时间早于肾功能正常患者，P=0.007（P＜0.05），但Plt达到谷值的时间及Plt谷值无统计学差异。结论：在使用利奈唑胺注射液期间应密切监测Plt变化。

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To study the effect of linezolid injection on platelets, in order to provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted by collecting clinical data of fifteen patients who suffered thrombocytopenia induced by linezolid injection from March 2012 to July 2013. Results: The total dose of linezolid injection was (12.32±4.60)g, the duration was (10.27±3.83)d, the occurrence of thrombocytopenia was (8.73±4.48)d, the lowest count of platelet was (41.20±24.11)×109/L. The occurrence of thrombocytopenia in the renal disfunction group was earlier than the normal renal function group. The difference was statistically significance P=0.007(P<0.05).However, there was no difference in occurrence and rate to reach the valley level of platelet count. Conclusion:We should closely monitor the change of Plt during the use of linezolid injection.
