目的：分析和评价我院外科围手术期患儿抗菌药物使用情况。方法：随机抽取我院2013年7～12月外科手术治疗的住院病历600份，调查不同切口类型手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的情况。对抗菌药物的选择、适应证、术前用药时间、联合用药与疗程等进行合理性评价。结果：围手术期抗菌药物使用率66.6%，Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用率达47.5%，高于卫生部不超过30%要求。预防性抗菌药物术前使用时间和术后用药时间不合理。药物的选择和联用、更换也存在少部分不合理现象。结论：抗菌药物专项整治使我院围手术期抗菌药物的不合理现象明显改善，需加大管理力度，以确保患者用药安全、有效、经济。
목적：분석화평개아원외과위수술기환인항균약물사용정황。방법：수궤추취아원2013년7～12월외과수술치료적주원병력600빈，조사불동절구류형수술위수술기예방사용항균약물적정황。대항균약물적선택、괄응증、술전용약시간、연합용약여료정등진행합이성평개。결과：위수술기항균약물사용솔66.6%，Ⅰ류절구항균약물사용솔체47.5%，고우위생부불초과30%요구。예방성항균약물술전사용시간화술후용약시간불합리。약물적선택화련용、경환야존재소부분불합리현상。결론：항균약물전항정치사아원위수술기항균약물적불합리현상명현개선，수가대관리력도，이학보환자용약안전、유효、경제。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To analyze and evaluate the surgical department of our hospital in peri operation period of children with the use of antibacterial drugs. Methods: Randomly selected in our hospital from 7 to 2013 December surgical operation in the treatment of 600 cases of hospitalized patients, preventive use of antibacterials in the investigation of different types of incision operation during perioperative period. On the choice of antibiotics, indications, preoperative medication, drug combination and the time course of treatment to evaluate the rationality. Results: The use rate of peri operation period of 66.6% antibacterial drugs, type I incision antibiotic use rate of 47.5%, higher than the Ministry of health is not more than 30% requirements. Preventive medication use time and operation time of antibacterial drugs before and after operation of unreasonable. The choice of drugs and coupling and replace existing few unreasonable phenomenon.Conclusion: The unreasonable phenomenon SARP makes me perioperative antibiotic was obviously improved, to intensify management to ensure the safety of patients with medication, effective and economic.
