目的：探讨乌灵胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法：60例功能性消化不良伴抑郁患者随机分为对照组、治疗组，各30例。对照组口服莫沙必利治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服乌灵胶囊治疗，观察两组患者临床症状及抑郁评分变化情况。结果：治疗后两组症状总积分均较治疗前下降，且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；抑郁评分：对照组治疗后与治疗前相比无明显下降（P＞0.05），而治疗组在治疗后明显下降，且优于对照组治疗后评分（P＜0.05）。结论：乌灵胶囊联合莫沙必利比单独应用莫沙必利对改善功能性消化不良患者的临床及抑郁症状更有效。
목적：탐토오령효낭연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량반억욱환자적료효。방법：60례공능성소화불량반억욱환자수궤분위대조조、치료조，각30례。대조조구복막사필리치료，치료조재대조조기출상가복오령효낭치료，관찰량조환자림상증상급억욱평분변화정황。결과：치료후량조증상총적분균교치료전하강，차치료조우우대조조（P＜0.05）；억욱평분：대조조치료후여치료전상비무명현하강（P＞0.05），이치료조재치료후명현하강，차우우대조조치료후평분（P＜0.05）。결론：오령효낭연합막사필리비단독응용막사필리대개선공능성소화불량환자적림상급억욱증상경유효。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the curative effect of wuling capsule combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with depression. Methods: 60 cases of functional dyspepsia with depression were randomly divided into control group, treatment group, 30 cases in each. The control group with oral administration of mosapride in treatment, the treatment group in the control group plus wuling capsule treatment, two groups were observed in patients with clinical symptoms and depression score changes. Results:After the treatment of two total score of symptoms were significantly reduced, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);depression score:the control group before and after treatment, compared with no significant decrease (P>0.05), while the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, and better than the control group after treatment (score P<0.05). Conclusion:Wuling capsule combined with mosapride than alone application of mosapride is more effective in improving the clinical benefit and depressive symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia.
