目的:研究维生素D受体基因多态性与2型糖尿病(DM)骨密度两者之间的关系。方法:选取我院50例DM患者作为观察组,50例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组BsmI的等位基因变化情况。结果:维生素D中的等位基因B和b,两组患者有明显的差异,观察组基因频率分别为40%、60%,对照组基因频率为20%、80%,观察组基因型频率为15%、45%、和35%,对照组为10%、30%和65%。等位基因与2型DM有着紧密的联系,等位基因B能够有效保护2型DM,等位基因b是2型DM发病的主要原因之一。结论:维生素D受体基因多态性与2型DM骨密度有很大的关联,等位基因b更是引发2型DM的主要基因。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study t he relationship between vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes among bone mineral density. Methods:50 cases of patients with diabetes as the observation group in our hospital, and 50 healthy volunteers as control group, compared two groups of BsmI al elic variation. Results:Vitamin D al ele B and b, the two groups were signiifcant differences were observed in the group gene frequencies were 40%, 60%, in the control group gene frequency of 20%, 80%, observed genotype frequencies 15%, 45%, and 35%in the control group was 10%, 30%and 65%. Al ele with type 2 diabetes are closely linked al ele B can effectively protect type 2 diabetes, al ele b is one of the main type 2 diabetes. Conclusion:Vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes have great bone density associated gene allele b is the main cause of type 2 diabetes.
