目的：：分析脑转移瘤患者再次放疗治疗中联合应用替莫唑胺化疗的效果。方法：将108例对脑转移瘤患者分组，对照组64例，给予三维适形放疗治疗；观察组44例，在放疗的基础上配合替莫唑胺口服治疗，评估两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组间不良反应发生率相比无明显差异，P＞0.05。结论：脑转移瘤患者再次放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗安全有效。
목적：：분석뇌전이류환자재차방료치료중연합응용체막서알화료적효과。방법：장108례대뇌전이류환자분조，대조조64례，급여삼유괄형방료치료；관찰조44례，재방료적기출상배합체막서알구복치료，평고량조환자적치료효과급불량반응발생정황。결과：관찰조환자적치료유효솔명현고우대조조，P＜0.05。량조간불량반응발생솔상비무명현차이，P＞0.05。결론：뇌전이류환자재차방료연합체막서알치료안전유효。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:Analysis of brain metastases in patients with radiotherapy combined again for the effect of temozolomide chemotherapy treatment. Methods:108 cases of patients with brain metastasis group, control group 64 cases, given a three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy; observation group of 44 cases, based on the radiotherapy combined with temozolomide oral treatment, and the incidence of adverse reaction to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results:The effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the observation of patients in the treatment group, P<0.05. The occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups no significant difference in the rate, P>0.05. Conclusion: Patients with brain metastasis again radiotherapy combined with temozolomide therapy is safe and effective.
