目的:探讨血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及B型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平与合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者心功能及预后的相关性。方法:82例ACS,分为单纯ACS患者41例,合并T2DM患者41例;血浆hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测,左心室射血分数(LVEF)采用彩色超声多普勒测定,并观察3月、6月的MACE事件。结果:血浆hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平在合并T2DM的ACS组显著高于无糖尿病(DM)组,而LVEF显著低于单纯ACS组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.05),与3月MACE事件呈正相关。结论:血浆hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平对于评价合并DM的ACS患者的心功能有一定的意义,可以预测近期预后。

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) or aminoterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients complicated type 2 diabetes. Methods: Serum levels of hs-CRP,NT-proBNP at baseline were analyzed and LVEF were measured by colored doppler echocardiograph in 41 cases of simple ACS and in 41 cases of ACS complicated type 2 diabetes,and observed the MACE of all patients in 6 month. Results: In the group of ACS complicated type 2 diabetes, LVEF was lower significantly than those in the group of simple ACS,The difference was statistically significant as follows: The analysis showed that hs-CRP or NT-proBNP were related negatively to LVEF (P<0.05) and the MACE of 3 month (P<0.05). Conclusions:The changes of plasma hs-CRP and NT-proBNP are significant in the evaluation of left ventricular function in ACS patients complicated DM,and can predict the prognosis of the near future.
