目的：：调查老年女性尿失禁患者的生活质量，分析影响尿失禁发病的相关因素。方法：选取我院门诊就诊的老年女性尿失禁86例患者为观察组，另选取86例无尿失禁症状的正常人群为对照组。对全部对象的生活质量应用尿失禁患者生活质量评价量表（I-QOL）进行调查研究，并对影响尿失禁发病的相关因素进行多因素分析。结果：老年女性尿失禁患者生活质量总分与三个维度得分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；对照组中偶尔漏尿不影响日常生活，观察组家务能力、户外锻炼、夜间睡眠、如厕和饮水等活动显示尿失禁受到影响，两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)；影响老年女性尿失禁发生率的独立因素有BMI、尿路感染、分娩次数、子宫脱垂、慢性呼吸系统疾病、收入水平等。结论：老年女性生活质量会受到尿失禁的影响，需临床医护工作者指导并积极就医治疗，改善生活质量。
목적：：조사노년녀성뇨실금환자적생활질량，분석영향뇨실금발병적상관인소。방법：선취아원문진취진적노년녀성뇨실금86례환자위관찰조，령선취86례무뇨실금증상적정상인군위대조조。대전부대상적생활질량응용뇨실금환자생활질량평개량표（I-QOL）진행조사연구，병대영향뇨실금발병적상관인소진행다인소분석。결과：노년녀성뇨실금환자생활질량총분여삼개유도득분균저우대조조(P＜0.05)；대조조중우이루뇨불영향일상생활，관찰조가무능력、호외단련、야간수면、여측화음수등활동현시뇨실금수도영향，량조비교차이현저(P＜0.05)；영향노년녀성뇨실금발생솔적독립인소유BMI、뇨로감염、분면차수、자궁탈수、만성호흡계통질병、수입수평등。결론：노년녀성생활질량회수도뇨실금적영향，수림상의호공작자지도병적겁취의치료，개선생활질량。
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the quality of life of a survey of elderly women with urinary incontinence, and analyze the related factors affecting the incidence of urinary incontinence. Methods: The elderly female urinary incontinence were selected in our hospital out-patient treatment of 86 patients with the observation group, and another 86 normal persons without symptoms of urinary incontinence as control group. Application of quality of life in patients with urinary incontinence quality of life evaluation of all object scale (I-QOL) were investigated, and the relevant factors affecting the incidence of urinary incontinence by multiple factors analysis. Results: Elderly female patients with urinary incontinence quality of life score and three scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the control group in the occasional leakage of urine does not affect the daily life, the observation group housework ability, outdoor exercise, sleep at night, go to the toilet and water activities showed urinary incontinence affected, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); urinary incontinence in elderly women independent factors influence occurrence rate of BMI, urinary tract infection, delivery times, prolapse of uterus, chronic respiratory disease, income level.Conclusion: The quality of life of older women affected by urinary incontinence, need to guide the clinical medical workers and active medical treatment, improve quality of life.
