目的：评价雷公藤多苷联合贝那普利治疗免疫球蛋白A（ IgA）肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法96例IgA肾病患者随机分为A组（n＝31）、B组（n＝33）和C组（n＝32），分别口服贝那普利10 mg· d－1、雷公藤多苷60 mg· d－1及两药联合，疗程为3个月，分别于治疗前后测定患者24 h尿蛋白水平。结果 A、B和C组总有效率分别为35.5％，48.5％和75.0％，C组显著高于A、B组（ P＜0.05）；C组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白显著低于A和B组（ P＜0.05）；3组患者药物相关不良反应差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论雷公藤多苷联合贝那普利可显著提高IgA肾病临床疗效，降低尿蛋白水平。
목적：평개뢰공등다감연합패나보리치료면역구단백A（ IgA）신병적림상료효급안전성。방법96례IgA신병환자수궤분위A조（n＝31）、B조（n＝33）화C조（n＝32），분별구복패나보리10 mg· d－1、뢰공등다감60 mg· d－1급량약연합，료정위3개월，분별우치료전후측정환자24 h뇨단백수평。결과 A、B화C조총유효솔분별위35.5％，48.5％화75.0％，C조현저고우A、B조（ P＜0.05）；C조환자치료후24 h뇨단백현저저우A화B조（ P＜0.05）；3조환자약물상관불량반응차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。결론뢰공등다감연합패나보리가현저제고IgA신병림상료효，강저뇨단백수평。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides ( Twg ) combined with benazepril in the treatment of immunoglobulin A ( IgA) nephropathy.Methods Ninety-six patients with IgA nephropathy were recruited in our hospital and ran-domly divided in A ( n =31 ) , B ( n =33 ) and C ( n =32 ) group, respectively.The subjects in three groups were given Twg 60 mg · d -1 orally, benazepril 10 mg· d-1 orally and combination of two drugs in A, B and C group respectively.3 months as a treatment cycle.The 24 hour urine protein was measured before and after treatment in the three groups.Results The total efficacy rates in three group were 35.5%, 48.5%and 75.0%, which indicated that C group was much higher than that in A and B group ( P<0.05).After treatment, the 24 hour urine protein in C group was much lower than that in A and B group ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences on side effects in the three groups ( P >0.05 ).Conclusion Twg combined with benazepril can significantly improve the efficacy of IgA nephropathy and decrease urine protein level.
