目的：研制出一套适合黑龙江省三级中医院应用、表格式的腰椎间盘突出症中医专科护理记录单。方法：运用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询，确定表格式中医专科护理记录单的具体内容。结果：研制出的中医专科护理记录单包括入院护理单、专病护理单、出院指导单3个一级指标、32个二级指标。结论：表格式中医专科护理记录单科学性、专科性较强，突出了中医辨证施护的特点，顺应了中医护理的发展，为完善中医护理体系提供参考。
目的：研製齣一套適閤黑龍江省三級中醫院應用、錶格式的腰椎間盤突齣癥中醫專科護理記錄單。方法：運用德爾菲法進行兩輪專傢函詢，確定錶格式中醫專科護理記錄單的具體內容。結果：研製齣的中醫專科護理記錄單包括入院護理單、專病護理單、齣院指導單3箇一級指標、32箇二級指標。結論：錶格式中醫專科護理記錄單科學性、專科性較彊，突齣瞭中醫辨證施護的特點，順應瞭中醫護理的髮展，為完善中醫護理體繫提供參攷。
목적：연제출일투괄합흑룡강성삼급중의원응용、표격식적요추간반돌출증중의전과호리기록단。방법：운용덕이비법진행량륜전가함순，학정표격식중의전과호리기록단적구체내용。결과：연제출적중의전과호리기록단포괄입원호리단、전병호리단、출원지도단3개일급지표、32개이급지표。결론：표격식중의전과호리기록단과학성、전과성교강，돌출료중의변증시호적특점，순응료중의호리적발전，위완선중의호리체계제공삼고。
Objective:To develop a set of specialized nursing record sheets of Lumbar intervertebral disc in teriary hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang province. Methods:Two rounds of expert consultation with Delphi method were used to determine the content of tabular specialized nursing record sheets. Results:The specialized nursing record sheets included three first level indexes:admission nursing record sheet, nursing care record sheet, and discharge guidance record sheet;32 second level indexes. Conclusion:The tabular specialized nursing record sheets are very specialized and practical. They highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, conform to the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and provide references for traditional Chinese medicine nursing system.
