为了解西藏林芝地区黄牛多杀性巴氏杆菌病流行病学特点、致病机理，对该地区章麦村10户牧民养殖的黄牛血清、鼻液分泌物进行了提取，采用双抗原夹心酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定样品中多杀性巴氏杆菌抗体(PMAb)。结果表明，该地有3户牧民家黄牛血清呈多杀性巴氏杆菌抗体阳性，鼻液分泌物均呈抗体阴性。说明牛多杀性巴氏杆菌对该地区的黄牛均有不同程度的危害。

In order to know the epidemiological characters and pathogenesis of pasteurella multocida of bostaurusdomestica in Nyingchi areas of Tibet,10 herdsmen’s cattles’ serum, nasal fluid of Zhangmai village were sampled by the method of double antigen sandwich ELISA to test the antibody of pasteurella multocida.The results showed that 3 herdsmen ’s cattles’ serum were positive, the nasal fluid were all negative. This demonstrated that the pasteurella multocida of bostaurusdomestica is harmful to the cattles in Nyingchi areas of Tibet.
