The injection moulding process for a cipher machine face shell was analyzed and the mould design difficulty was pointed out. The use of submarine gate prevents the gate mark from being on the surface; the circulating cooling system increases the products accu?racy; and the application of angle ejector pin achieves the moulding and core-pulling of the product with inside upended structure.
