目的:探讨显微镜下翼状胬肉切除术联合不同浓度丝裂霉素C( MMC)应用的临床疗效及安全性。<br> 方法:将110例120眼翼状胬肉患者按照奇偶数字法随机的均分为对照组(58眼)与观察组(62眼)。对照组采用翼状胬肉切除术联合0.3 mg/mL丝裂霉素C应用;观察组采用翼状胬肉切除术联合0.2 mg/mL 丝裂霉素 C 应用。比较两组治愈率及复发率、治疗前后视力、两组角膜、巩膜伤口愈合情况、术后并发症发生率。<br> 结果:对照组治愈率及复发率分别为84.5%及15.5%,观察组分别为93.6%及6.5%,差异均具有统计学意义( P<0.05);两组治疗前后视力相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后相比,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);观察组角膜、巩膜伤口愈合时间均小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为13.8%,观察组为3.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。<br> 结论:显微镜下翼状胬肉切除术联合 MMC 应用效果显著,且联合浓度0.2 mg/mL的MMC更加安全有效,值得在临床推广、应用。

목적:탐토현미경하익상노육절제술연합불동농도사렬매소C( MMC)응용적림상료효급안전성。<br> 방법:장110례120안익상노육환자안조기우수자법수궤적균분위대조조(58안)여관찰조(62안)。대조조채용익상노육절제술연합0.3 mg/mL사렬매소C응용;관찰조채용익상노육절제술연합0.2 mg/mL 사렬매소 C 응용。비교량조치유솔급복발솔、치료전후시력、량조각막、공막상구유합정황、술후병발증발생솔。<br> 결과:대조조치유솔급복발솔분별위84.5%급15.5%,관찰조분별위93.6%급6.5%,차이균구유통계학의의( P<0.05);량조치료전후시력상비,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05),량조치료후상비,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);관찰조각막、공막상구유합시간균소우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);대조조병발증발생솔위13.8%,관찰조위3.2%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。<br> 결론:현미경하익상노육절제술연합 MMC 응용효과현저,차연합농도0.2 mg/mL적MMC경가안전유효,치득재림상추엄、응용。
AlM: To study the clinical effect of the application of microscopic pterygium resection combined with different concentration of mitomycin C ( MMC) . <br> METHODS:A total of 110 cases of pterygium patients (120 eyes) were randomly divided into control group (58 eyes) and observation group (62 eyes) according to the odd and even number method. The control group adopted the pterygium resection combined 0. 3mg/mL MMC, and the observation group was given pterygium resection combined 0. 2mg/mL MMC. The cure rate and the recurrence rate, eyesight before and after the treatment, two groups of cornea and sclera wound healing situation, the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. <br> RESULTS: The cure rate and recurrence rate of the control group was 84. 5% and 15. 5% respectively, and the observation group was 93. 6% and 6. 5% respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There were statistical differences of vision of the two groups before and after treatment (P<0. 05), and there were no statistical differences of the two groups between the two groups after treatment (P>0. 05). The cornea, sclera, wound healing time of the observation group were less than the control group, and there were statistical differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of complications was 13. 8% in the control group and 3. 2% in observation group, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). <br> CONCLUSlON: The application effect of microscopic pterygium resection combined with MMC is remarkable, and the joint of 0. 2mg/mL concentration of MMC is more safe and effective, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
