目的:调查分析航天科技人员干眼的发病情况及相关影响因素,并根据研究结果指导其用眼卫生,改善生活工作习惯,从而加强眼部健康。<br> 方法:对2013-09/2014-06于我院体检中心进行健康体检的在职航天科技人员经过初筛,针对有干眼常见症状者进行问卷调查评分及客观临床检查。临床检查包括基础泪液分泌量检测( Schirmer Ⅰ)、泪膜破裂时间( BUT )测定、角结膜荧光素染色( FL),以确诊干眼。<br> 结果:在随机发放的1000份调查问卷中有干眼主诉症状者606例(60.6%),经检查后确诊干眼的为432例(43.2%);干眼在航天科技人员主诉人群中的阳性率为71.3%;航天科技人员干眼病患病人数较多,病因除性别、年龄外,还与空调、暖气、视频终端、睡眠时间等多种影响因素密切相关。<br> 结论:干眼已逐渐成为一种流行性疾病,其症状表现多样,病因复杂,航天科技人员干眼的致病因素主要与其工作环境及方式、局部因素有关,因此应引起足够重视,根据导致干眼的不同因素给予相应的健康指导,以减少干眼的发生及控制干眼的症状。同时在眼科体检中也应把干眼筛查相关的系列检查作为常规检查项目。
目的:調查分析航天科技人員榦眼的髮病情況及相關影響因素,併根據研究結果指導其用眼衛生,改善生活工作習慣,從而加彊眼部健康。<br> 方法:對2013-09/2014-06于我院體檢中心進行健康體檢的在職航天科技人員經過初篩,針對有榦眼常見癥狀者進行問捲調查評分及客觀臨床檢查。臨床檢查包括基礎淚液分泌量檢測( Schirmer Ⅰ)、淚膜破裂時間( BUT )測定、角結膜熒光素染色( FL),以確診榦眼。<br> 結果:在隨機髮放的1000份調查問捲中有榦眼主訴癥狀者606例(60.6%),經檢查後確診榦眼的為432例(43.2%);榦眼在航天科技人員主訴人群中的暘性率為71.3%;航天科技人員榦眼病患病人數較多,病因除性彆、年齡外,還與空調、暖氣、視頻終耑、睡眠時間等多種影響因素密切相關。<br> 結論:榦眼已逐漸成為一種流行性疾病,其癥狀錶現多樣,病因複雜,航天科技人員榦眼的緻病因素主要與其工作環境及方式、跼部因素有關,因此應引起足夠重視,根據導緻榦眼的不同因素給予相應的健康指導,以減少榦眼的髮生及控製榦眼的癥狀。同時在眼科體檢中也應把榦眼篩查相關的繫列檢查作為常規檢查項目。
목적:조사분석항천과기인원간안적발병정황급상관영향인소,병근거연구결과지도기용안위생,개선생활공작습관,종이가강안부건강。<br> 방법:대2013-09/2014-06우아원체검중심진행건강체검적재직항천과기인원경과초사,침대유간안상견증상자진행문권조사평분급객관림상검사。림상검사포괄기출루액분비량검측( Schirmer Ⅰ)、루막파렬시간( BUT )측정、각결막형광소염색( FL),이학진간안。<br> 결과:재수궤발방적1000빈조사문권중유간안주소증상자606례(60.6%),경검사후학진간안적위432례(43.2%);간안재항천과기인원주소인군중적양성솔위71.3%;항천과기인원간안병환병인수교다,병인제성별、년령외,환여공조、난기、시빈종단、수면시간등다충영향인소밀절상관。<br> 결론:간안이축점성위일충류행성질병,기증상표현다양,병인복잡,항천과기인원간안적치병인소주요여기공작배경급방식、국부인소유관,인차응인기족구중시,근거도치간안적불동인소급여상응적건강지도,이감소간안적발생급공제간안적증상。동시재안과체검중야응파간안사사상관적계렬검사작위상규검사항목。
AlM: To investigate and evaluate the prevalence of xerophthalmia among aerospace science and technology staff and its influencing factors for the eye health guidance. <br> METHODS: The staff underwent physical examination in our examination center from September 2013 to June 2014 were preliminary screened, and those patients with symptoms of dry eye were investigated with questionnaires and diagnosed by basic lacrimal secretion test ( Schirmer l ) , breakup time of tear film ( BUT ) test and fluorescein ( FL) staining test . <br> RESULTS: There were 606 complaints of dry eye symptoms of the 1 000 premiers, distributed in random (60. 6%), and 432 employees were diagnosed (43. 2%). The positive rate of dry eye was 71. 3%. The causes of xerophthalmia, besides of gender, age, also include a variety of factors such as air-conditioner, heating, video terminals, sleep time, etc. <br> CONCLUSlON: Dry eye, an epidemic disease, has a variety of symptoms and complex etiology, the main causes of aerospace science and technology staff with dry eye is working environment and some local factors. We can give appropriate health guidance according to the different factors. Meanwhile the relevant series of dry eye screening should also be taken as a routine examination in ophthalmic examination.
