目的:观察玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床观察。<br> 方法:选择2010-01/2012-12于我院就诊的视网膜静脉阻塞伴黄斑水肿的患者56例为研究对象。所有患者均接受卵磷脂络合碘片和复方血栓通胶囊传统常规治疗,中央静脉阻塞( central retinal vein occlusion,CRVO)、半侧中央静脉阻塞( hemi-central retinal vein occlusion,hemi-CRVO)和分支静脉阻塞( branch retinal vein occlusion, BRVO)分别进行曲安奈德联合激光治疗,随访时间至少6 mo。<br> 结果:治疗1,3,6 mo后,患者黄斑中心凹厚度均有明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,随访6~12mo发现,CRVO、hemi-CRVO和BRVO患者的总有效率为83%~95%,并且患者未出现明显的不良反应。<br> 结论:在传统治疗基础上给予玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合眼底激光可有效治疗视网膜静脉阻塞,值得临床推广。
目的:觀察玻璃體腔註射麯安奈德聯閤眼底激光治療視網膜靜脈阻塞的臨床觀察。<br> 方法:選擇2010-01/2012-12于我院就診的視網膜靜脈阻塞伴黃斑水腫的患者56例為研究對象。所有患者均接受卵燐脂絡閤碘片和複方血栓通膠囊傳統常規治療,中央靜脈阻塞( central retinal vein occlusion,CRVO)、半側中央靜脈阻塞( hemi-central retinal vein occlusion,hemi-CRVO)和分支靜脈阻塞( branch retinal vein occlusion, BRVO)分彆進行麯安奈德聯閤激光治療,隨訪時間至少6 mo。<br> 結果:治療1,3,6 mo後,患者黃斑中心凹厚度均有明顯降低(P<0.05)。治療後,隨訪6~12mo髮現,CRVO、hemi-CRVO和BRVO患者的總有效率為83%~95%,併且患者未齣現明顯的不良反應。<br> 結論:在傳統治療基礎上給予玻璃體腔註射麯安奈德聯閤眼底激光可有效治療視網膜靜脈阻塞,值得臨床推廣。
목적:관찰파리체강주사곡안내덕연합안저격광치료시망막정맥조새적림상관찰。<br> 방법:선택2010-01/2012-12우아원취진적시망막정맥조새반황반수종적환자56례위연구대상。소유환자균접수란린지락합전편화복방혈전통효낭전통상규치료,중앙정맥조새( central retinal vein occlusion,CRVO)、반측중앙정맥조새( hemi-central retinal vein occlusion,hemi-CRVO)화분지정맥조새( branch retinal vein occlusion, BRVO)분별진행곡안내덕연합격광치료,수방시간지소6 mo。<br> 결과:치료1,3,6 mo후,환자황반중심요후도균유명현강저(P<0.05)。치료후,수방6~12mo발현,CRVO、hemi-CRVO화BRVO환자적총유효솔위83%~95%,병차환자미출현명현적불량반응。<br> 결론:재전통치료기출상급여파리체강주사곡안내덕연합안저격광가유효치료시망막정맥조새,치득림상추엄。
AlM: To observe the effects of the coelomic cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide ( TA) combined with laser photocoagulation on patients with retinal vein occlusion. <br> METHODS:Fifty-six patients of retinal obstruction with macular edema were accepted from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital. All patients received iodized lecithin and Xueshuantong. And, patients with central retinal vein occlusion ( CRVO ) , hemi- central retinal vein occlusion ( hemi-CRVO ) and branch retinal vein occlusion ( BRVO ) treated by TA combined with laser photocoagulation, respectively. Follow-up period was of at least 6mo <br> RESULTS: After the treatment of 1, 3 and 6mo, the central foveal thickness was reduced significantly ( P<0. 05). After followed up 6-12mo, the total effective rate of CRVO, Hemi-CRVO and BRVO patients was 83% ~95% and all the patients had no significant adverse reactions. <br> CONCLUSlON:Basing on the traditional treatment, TA combined with laser photocoagulation is more effective in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion and is worthy of clinical usage.
