在山林地区复杂环境中进行运输作业大多使用轮式或履带式大型机械设备,这些设备普遍存在功率消耗大、机动性差、工作效率低,自身平衡性差、越障和爬坡能力不足等问题。为解决这些问题,设计了一种新型的步行爬坡机,并利用Pro/E建立其虚拟样机,采用ADAMS对其运动过程进行仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的可行性。

Presently, it is mostly large wheel or caterpillar-type mechanical equipment that is used for transportation operation in the complex environment in mountainous and forest areas. These large machines have such typical shortcomings as large power consumption,poor mobility,low working efficiency,poor balance and insufficient obstacle crossing and climbing ability. In order to solve the above problems,a new type of walking climbing machine is designed, with a virtual prototype established based on Pro/E,with ADAMS used to simulate the movement of the walking climbing machine,simulation results verifying the feasibility of the design.
