    s: Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is a new teaching model which is based on students, emphasizing the students autonomous learning and cultivate students' creativity. This work explores the PBL in biochemistry experiment teaching, discussion on problem of the new mode, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating innovative talents.
