以天津117大厦项目中BIM技术应用为例，探索BIM技术在项目总承包管理过程中的应用，从BIM实施策划、BIM实施专项应用、BIM综合管理三个方面，阐述了BIM实施内容和管理方式，通过BIM模型作为纽带，将BIM技术与项目总承包管理相结合，实现设计管理和施工管理全过程信息传递及共享，打造设计、施工、资源、商务等一体化BIM总承包管理体系。

117 building project in the BIM technology application in Tianjin as an example,explore the BIM technology application in the project general contracting management process,from the BIM implementation plan,the implementation of special application,plus BIM integrated management three aspects,this paper expounds the BIM implementation content and management mode,through the BIM model as the link,the BIM technology combined with project general contracting management,design management and construction management the whole process of information transfer and sharing,building design,construction,resources,BIM general contracting business,such as integration management system.
