缆索起重机是大坝混凝土浇筑和金属结构安装的主要设备，而缆机小车的快速定点停车是实现系统安全运行和大坝快速施工的关键。为克服多种因素对缆机小车定位的影响，介绍了数字限位技术在大岗山水电站缆机操作中的应用，包括该技术的基本原理和实施步骤等。实践表明，该技术突破了不良视野条件下的缆机运行限制，克服了小车定位效率受信号工个人经验的影响，对提高水电工程的安全保障及施工效能具有重要意义。

The cable crane is the major equipment for concrete placement and metal structure installation in dam construction. How to make the crable stop at the fixed points quickly and precisely is the key to realize safe operation of cable crane system and smooth construction of dam. The digital inhibiting technology is applied in the operation of cable crane of Dagangshan Hydropower Station, the basic principle and implementation steps of this technology are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the ap-plication breaks the restrictions on cable operation due to poor vision and eliminates the adverse influence on cable car positioning caused by personal experience of signalman.
