医患对话在诊疗过程中是一个重要的组成部分。这种模式在诊疗中或能体现出医师经验、技术及对患者疾病的相关性诊断起到一定作用,并能作为有效的知识转移途径。本文建立医患对话框,主要是把医生和患者视为一种合作伙伴关系而不是从属关系,认为这种医患关系可能会增加医患之间信息交换并给予诊疗的启示。医生可以通过会话模式关系分析和预测患者如何应对不同的医疗信息,从而对医生诊疗工作和对患者的疾病诱发原因选择出首选的治疗方案,尽可能挖掘治疗过程中潜在的医患关系以及隐性知识,拓宽知识转移途径,实现隐性知识速递,提高诊疗效果。

Doctor-patient dialogue is an important part in the process of diagnosis and treatment. This model not only plays an important role in the diagnosis and the related treatment which shows physicians' experience and professional technology but also serve as an effective way of knowledge transfer. The article proposes a doctor-patient dialog box. It shows that doctors and patients should be partners rather than subordinates and this kind of doctor-patient relationship is likely to increase information exchange between doctors and patients and give important implication for diagnosis and treatment. Through dialogues,doctors can analyze and predict how patients deal with different medical information and thus work out the preferred treatment based on their medical knowledge and the causes of disease. At the same time doctors can try to make use of the potential doctor-patient rela-tionship and the tacit knowledge,broaden the transfer channels of knowledge,and finally realize fast transfer of tacit knowledge and the improvement of diagnosis and treatment.
