为了促进大学生的就业，既要以创业拉动就业，促进职业技能教育的效率，又要提高劳动者的就业竞争力，使就业趋于稳定。这也就给高职院校的创业教育提出了更高的要求。高职院校在进行创业教育的时候，应该充分考虑到人才素质这个因素，并将其作为教育的出发点和归宿点。文章主要分析了高职生职业素养的内涵，基于职业素养培养的创业教育课程理念，并针对性的提出了以提升职业素养为核心的高职生创业教育模式。

To promote college students' employment, we should not only boost employment by entrepreneurship in order to im-prove the efficiency of vocational skill education, but also im-prove workers' employment competitiveness in order to keep em-ployment stable. This has proposed higher requirements for the entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges. In the entrepreneurial education of higher vocational students, talent quality should be taken into full consideration, regarding it as the starting point and purpose of education. This paper mainly ana-lyzes the connotation of higher vocational students' professional quality and the concept of entrepreneurial education course based on professional quality cultivation, and pertinently propos-es the entrepreneurial education mode for higher vocational stu-dents with professional quality improvement as the core.
