The interactive working mode formed between material-process and computer simulation is the goal of simulation.The paper summarizes the existing problems of industrial products in material-process computer simulation,proposes the working architecture of materials- process interactive computer simulation,on the basis,takes interactive work method of sheet spray process and paint texture rendering of automobiles as an example,makes evaluation on the interactive simulation effect of sheet spray process of automobiles, and obtains the interactive principles that material- process carries on computer simulation.
