目前高校贫困生认定中存在很多不合理的现象，为合理地分配资助资源，保障各项政策落到实处，提高高校贫困生认定的客观性和公正性，课题组构建了科学合理的贫困生甄别指标体系，并运用层次分析法确定指标体系的权重，作为贫困生认定的参考依据。

At present, many unreasonable phenomena exist in the determination of poor college students. For the reasonable alloca-tion of funding resources, guarantying the policy into effect, im-proving the objectivity and impartiality of the cognizance of poor college students, the research group constructs a scientific and reasonable system of poor students screening index system, and uses the AHP to determine the weight of index system as the ref-erence for poor students determination.
