本文主要阐述了机械工程及自动化专业“3+1”模式在生产实习的应用,并结合CDIO理念,提出了多样化的生产实习新思路,以培养卓越工程师为宗旨,以工程技术为主线,推进生产实习教学改革,“全程设计,平台支撑”,构建适合机械工程人才培养新模式。
本文主要闡述瞭機械工程及自動化專業“3+1”模式在生產實習的應用,併結閤CDIO理唸,提齣瞭多樣化的生產實習新思路,以培養卓越工程師為宗旨,以工程技術為主線,推進生產實習教學改革,“全程設計,平檯支撐”,構建適閤機械工程人纔培養新模式。

The application of "3+1" teaching mode in the pro-duction practice of mechanical engineering and automation spe-cialty is introduced, and a novel CDIO-based multiform produc-tion practice is presented. Aiming to the training of outstanding engineers, the teaching reform of production practice, and the promotion of the engineering technology, a new training mode, combining with"full designing, platform supporting"idea, is de-veloped.
