随着电网的日益坚强,电源容量不断增加,母线背后阻抗不断减小,越来越多的长线路末端发生故障时,母线电压下降不明显,容易出现断路器失灵保护电压闭锁元件定值灵敏度不足的问题,进而导致断路器失灵保护拒动。在分析现有解决方案的基础上,提出了一种新型的基于电流量的失灵保护闭锁方案。利用故障后失灵支路电流情况及其占母线上所有连接支路的比率关系,开放该支路的失灵闭锁元件。RTDS仿真验证结果表明,该方案能有效解决工程实际问题。
隨著電網的日益堅彊,電源容量不斷增加,母線揹後阻抗不斷減小,越來越多的長線路末耑髮生故障時,母線電壓下降不明顯,容易齣現斷路器失靈保護電壓閉鎖元件定值靈敏度不足的問題,進而導緻斷路器失靈保護拒動。在分析現有解決方案的基礎上,提齣瞭一種新型的基于電流量的失靈保護閉鎖方案。利用故障後失靈支路電流情況及其佔母線上所有連接支路的比率關繫,開放該支路的失靈閉鎖元件。RTDS倣真驗證結果錶明,該方案能有效解決工程實際問題。

As power grid grows increasingly strong,its capacity becomes bigger and the impedance of the buses becomes smaller.When a fault strikes at the end of a long transmission line,the sensitivity of circuit breaker failure protection”s voltage blocking setting could become inadequate,which will leads to the circuit breaker failure and even protection failure.A novel circuit breaker failure blocking method based on current rather than voltage-only is proposed.The new method adopts the proportion of the current of the fault line and goes to the sum of the currents of all lines connected to the bus as the tripping threshold to unblock the circuit breaker failure blocking unit.The result of RTDS simulation has proved the new method is able to thoroughly solve the problem under discussion thoroughly.
