传统故障限流装置常存在利用率低下、功能单一和一定程度上影响系统电能质量的问题。文中结合现有问题与电力电子装置的优势,提出了一种新型多功能电力电子限流器(MF-PECL)的拓扑结构。该拓扑可实现电能质量优化和故障限流的双工模式;通过对绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)和晶闸管支路的控制实现对新型 MF-PECL 的双工控制与切换控制。通过建立限流器阻抗等效模型,分析了其限流模式下的阻抗特性。最后,通过仿真验证了所提出的拓扑结构和控制方式的可行性。

Traditional fault current limiters often have some problems including low utilization,single function,and influence on system power quality to some extent.Taking the existing problems and advantages of power electronic devices into account, this paper proposes a topology of a novel multi-functional power electronic current limiter(MF-PECL).The topology is able to achieve the dual operating mode of power quality optimal control and fault current limiting.It can attain duplex control and switching control by controlling the branch of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and thyristors.An equivalent model for the limiter impedance is developed for analyzing the impedance characteristics in the current-limiting mode.Finally, simulation results have verified the feasibility of the proposed topology and control methods.
