针对非机械类本科专业“工程力学与机械设计基础”课程缩短学时,而内容不减的实际问题,本文从课堂教学、实践科学、课外作业和考核方式等方面提出了具体的改革措施。教学实践证明,改革后能更好地提高学生的学习兴趣,激发学生学习的主动性,课程教学效果改善,教学质量得到了提高。

In view of the practical problem that hours for non-mechanical specialty"Engineering Mechanics and Machine Design Basics" course are shortened, but the content is not re-duced,from classroom teaching, practice science, homework,and assessment methods, etc., concrete reform measures are pro-posed. The teaching practice has proved that the reform can bet-ter improve students' interest in learning and stimulate students' learning initiative, and the teaching effect and teaching quality have been improved.
