低频振荡发生时,准确判别低频振荡的类型,对抑制低频振荡、降低其危害具有重要的意义。文中在分析各种机理低频振荡的振荡曲线特征的基础上,提出了基于包络线拟合的振荡性质判别方法。首先,通过经验模态分解(EMD)方法,提取出振荡信号的主导模式振荡曲线,然后通过对提取出的主导模式信号的包络线进行拟合,根据拟合误差判别出振荡的类型。给出了性质判别的流程和实现方法,并通过仿真案例和广域测量系统记录的实际案例,验证了所提出方法的有效性。

Accurately detecting the properties of low-frequency oscillation is important to suppressing power system oscillations and reducing its harms during a low-frequency oscillation.By an analysis of the characteristics of low-frequency oscillation curves with different mechanisms,this paper presents an oscillation property identification method based on envelope fitting. Firstly,the dominant mode oscillation curve of the vibration signal is extracted by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method.Then the envelope of the dominant mode signal extracted is fitted.Based on the fitting error,the properties of oscillations are determined.The process and the realization method for property identification are given.The validity of the method proposed is verified through both simulation data and actual data recorded by the wide area measuring system.
