膀胱过度活动症是一组下尿道综合症候群，主要表现为排尿功能障碍，严重影响了老年人的生活质量。绝经后女性膀胱过度活动症发病率明显增加。本文阐述了膀胱过度活动症与绝经相关的可能生理机制，分析其发生、发展与绝经是否相关，同时对膀胱过度活动症的治疗方法进行综述。

Overactive bladder( OAB),a set of lower urinary tract syndromes,manifests mainly as voiding dysfunc-tion,seriously affecting old people's quality of life. Previous studies have found that the OAB incidence has increased remarkably in post-menopause women. This study analyzes the possible physiological mechanisms related to OAB and menopause,the rela-tionship of its occurrence,development to menopause,and reviews its treatment.
