目的探讨H2S、NO对早产胎兔动脉导管的作用及其相互影响,进一步探索动脉导管开放与关闭的病理生理机制、意义及其影响因素,为临床上全面认识动脉导管的开放与关闭提供理论依据。方法将孕21d日本大耳白兔24只随机分成四组:空白对照组及三个处理组,处理组待孕龄23d和25d时分别腹腔注射以不同剂量的一氧化氮前体-硝普钠,待孕龄26d时解剖孕兔取胎兔,胎兔心脏取血1mL后立即解剖胎兔取动脉导管组织,进行实验。结果随着注射硝普钠浓度的增加,胎兔血浆中硫化氢含量、动脉导管组织CSEmRNA表达量均逐渐随注射剂量的增加而增加。各组间相比较,P<0.01,具有显著性差异。结论早产兔血浆中有H2S存在,早产兔动脉导管组织中存在CSEmRNA表达;给孕兔注射不同剂量硝普钠(在一定范围内)对早产兔动脉导管中H2S/CSE体系具有浓度依赖性促进作用。

목적탐토H2S、NO대조산태토동맥도관적작용급기상호영향,진일보탐색동맥도관개방여관폐적병리생리궤제、의의급기영향인소,위림상상전면인식동맥도관적개방여관폐제공이론의거。방법장잉21d일본대이백토24지수궤분성사조:공백대조조급삼개처리조,처리조대잉령23d화25d시분별복강주사이불동제량적일양화담전체-초보납,대잉령26d시해부잉토취태토,태토심장취혈1mL후립즉해부태토취동맥도관조직,진행실험。결과수착주사초보납농도적증가,태토혈장중류화경함량、동맥도관조직CSEmRNA표체량균축점수주사제량적증가이증가。각조간상비교,P<0.01,구유현저성차이。결론조산토혈장중유H2S존재,조산토동맥도관조직중존재CSEmRNA표체;급잉토주사불동제량초보납(재일정범위내)대조산토동맥도관중H2S/CSE체계구유농도의뢰성촉진작용。
Objective To observe nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide on ductus arteriosus in preterm fetal rabbits the role and influence each other, to further explore the pathophysiology of arterial catheter opening and closing mechanism, significance and impact factors, a comprehensive understanding of clinical arterial catheter provides a theoretical basis. Methods For Pregnant 21 days of 24 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: control group and three treatment groups, until 23 days and 25 days gestational age were more than intrauterine dose of sodium nitroprusside injection.Anatomy of gestational age until 26 days pregnant rabbit rabbit fetus, fetal 1mL Rabbit heart blood taken immediately after the arterial anatomy of fetal tissue in rabbits,and the experiment was conducted. Results Preterm fetal rabbits plasma hydrogen sulfide content and the expression levels of CSEmRNA, increased gradual y withl injection of increasing doses of sodium nitroprusside. Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide in premature rabbit plasma exists ,the expression of CSEmRNA and CSE in preterm rabbit ductus arteriosus is higher than ful-term fetal rabbit;dif erent doses of sodium nitroprusside (within a certain range) of the ductus arteriosus in preterm rabbits in a concentration H2S/CSE pathway dependent role in promoting.
