目的了解阿加曲班注射液在尿毒症伴有出血及出血倾向患者中的临床效果及安全性。方法对我院2013年1月~2014年6月收治的共16例尿毒症合并出血患者，在常规治疗的基础上给予使用阿加曲班注射液抗凝行血液透析治疗，并观察患者病情变化及预后。结果16例患者均安全度过出血危险期，4w后转肝素规律血液透析。结论尿毒症合并出血及出血倾向患者使用阿加曲班抗凝行血液透析是一种安全有效的方法。
목적료해아가곡반주사액재뇨독증반유출혈급출혈경향환자중적림상효과급안전성。방법대아원2013년1월~2014년6월수치적공16례뇨독증합병출혈환자，재상규치료적기출상급여사용아가곡반주사액항응행혈액투석치료，병관찰환자병정변화급예후。결과16례환자균안전도과출혈위험기，4w후전간소규률혈액투석。결론뇨독증합병출혈급출혈경향환자사용아가곡반항응행혈액투석시일충안전유효적방법。
Objective To understand, music class injection in patients with uremia accompanied with bleeding and bleeding tendency of clinical ef icacy, and safety. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014, a total of 16 patients with uremia with bleeding, on the basis of routine treatment to use injection line of anticoagulant blood dialysis, music class, condition change and prognosis of the patients were observed. Results 16 cases were safe through bleeding in critical condition, 4 weeks after heparin regular hemodialysis. Conclusion Patients with uremia with bleeding and bleeding tendency to use class, curved line of anticoagulant blood dialysis is a safe and ef ective method.
