目的评价胸腔积液腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在恶性胸水及结核性胸水中的价值。方法对88例患者(恶性49例,结核性39例),每例均检测患者胸水ADA、LDH。结果恶性胸水组LDH水平显著高与结核组(P<0.01),而其ADA显著低于结核组(P<0.01)。胸水ADA和LDH联合检测,对恶性胸水判别正确率为97.8%。结论 LDH、ADA可作为良恶性胸水鉴别的参考指标。

목적평개흉강적액선감탈안매(ADA)、유산탈경매(LDH)재악성흉수급결핵성흉수중적개치。방법대88례환자(악성49례,결핵성39례),매례균검측환자흉수ADA、LDH。결과악성흉수조LDH수평현저고여결핵조(P<0.01),이기ADA현저저우결핵조(P<0.01)。흉수ADA화LDH연합검측,대악성흉수판별정학솔위97.8%。결론 LDH、ADA가작위량악성흉수감별적삼고지표。
Objective To evaluate the pleural fluid adenosine deaminase (ADA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in malignant pleural ef usion and Tuberculous Hydrothorax value. Methods 88 patients (49 malignant, 39 cases of tuberculosis), each patient was detected in patients with pleural ef usion ADA, LDH. Results The malignant pleural ef usion LDH levels were significantly higher in group with tuberculosis group ( <0.01). The combined detection of ADA and LDH in pleural ef usion, malignant pleural ef usion of cor ect identification rate of 97.8%. Conclusion LDH, ADA can be used as a reference index in dif erential diagnosis of benign and malignant chest water.
