目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片口服治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的80例小儿哮喘患儿的临床资料。结果对照组40例患儿，经常规治疗，总有效率为77.5%；观察组40例患儿，在常规治疗基础上，加用布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片口服，总有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组，经比较，<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片口服治疗小儿哮喘的疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토포지내덕무화흡입연합맹로사특저작편구복치료소인효천적림상료효。방법회고성분석2012년1월~2014년1월아원수치적80례소인효천환인적림상자료。결과대조조40례환인，경상규치료，총유효솔위77.5%；관찰조40례환인，재상규치료기출상，가용포지내덕무화흡입연합맹로사특저작편구복，총유효솔위92.5%，명현고우대조조，경비교，<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론포지내덕무화흡입연합맹로사특저작편구복치료소인효천적료효학절，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the joint budesonide atomization inhalation meng rust chewable tablets oral clinical curative ef ect of treatment of infantile asthma.Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2009 and January 2013 of our hospital the clinical data of 80 cases of pediatric asthma in children.Results Control group,40 cases with conventional treatment,the total ef ective rate was 77.5%;Observation group 40 cases,on the basis of routine therapy, with a cloth to Ned atomization inhalation combined meng rust chewable tablets oral y,the total ef ective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group,by comparison, <0.05,the dif erence is statistical y significant.Conclusion Joint budesonide atomization inhalation meng rust chewable tablet oral y treatment the curative ef ect of pediatric asthma,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
