目的探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法自2009年7月-2011年5月对46例股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者采用PFNA内固定;对患者住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能进行统计分析.结果平均随访时间为9.3个月,住院时间为14～20天,平均15天;手术时间30～90min,平均50min;术中出血量小于100ml;骨折均愈合,平均时间为9个月.根据Harris髋关节功能评分,优19例,良24例,差3例,优良率为93.4%.结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折可以取得良好的疗效.

Objective To explore the effect application of minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation on comminuted fracture fractures patients. Methods From July 2009 to May 2011,46 patients with femoral comminuted fracture were treated with PFNA. The hospitalized stay time, operation time, perioperative bleeding, fracture healing time, and hip joint function were statistically analyzed. Results The average follow-up duration was 9.3 months. The hospital stay was 15 days (range 14-20 days). The average operation time was 50 minutes (range; 30～90 minutes). The average perioperative bleeding was less than 100 ml. Fracture occurred in all patients with a mean healing time of 9 months. No deformity of hip was found. According to Harris hip score, we found excellent in 19eases, good in 24 cases and poor in 3 cases, with the excellent rate of 93.4%. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail can obtain good effect for the comminuted fractures patients.
