目的 建立高效毛细管电泳分离检测饮料中抗坏血酸(Vc)的方法.方法 实验条件;柱温20℃,电压20 kV,pH 9.2的硼酸缓冲液,进样时间10s,检测波长264 nm.同时研究缓冲液pH、电压、检测波长等对测定结果的影响.结果 上述条件可实现Vc的有效分离,回收率为84.9~98.7.结论 该方法简单、可重复性强,适合测定饮料中Vc.
目的 建立高效毛細管電泳分離檢測飲料中抗壞血痠(Vc)的方法.方法 實驗條件;柱溫20℃,電壓20 kV,pH 9.2的硼痠緩遲液,進樣時間10s,檢測波長264 nm.同時研究緩遲液pH、電壓、檢測波長等對測定結果的影響.結果 上述條件可實現Vc的有效分離,迴收率為84.9~98.7.結論 該方法簡單、可重複性彊,適閤測定飲料中Vc.
목적 건립고효모세관전영분리검측음료중항배혈산(Vc)적방법.방법 실험조건;주온20℃,전압20 kV,pH 9.2적붕산완충액,진양시간10s,검측파장264 nm.동시연구완충액pH、전압、검측파장등대측정결과적영향.결과 상술조건가실현Vc적유효분리,회수솔위84.9~98.7.결론 해방법간단、가중복성강,괄합측정음료중Vc.
Objective To establish a procedure to quantify vitamin C in beverage samples by capillary electrophoresis.Methods The experiment was performed under the conditions:column temperature:20℃,electric voltage:20 kV,sodium borate buffer (pH 9.2),sampling time:10 s,the wave length of detection:264 nm.The buffer pH,electrophoresis voltage,the detection wavelength,et al were studied to find the influence on the detection results.Results Vc in beverage could be separated effectively under the conditions above.The recovery rate was 84.9 ~ 98.7.Conclusions The methods is simple and repeatable and is suitable to test the vitamin C in beverage.
