目的探讨自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲手术中的应用价值.方法将2011年5月至2012年5月我科收治的需行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的82例患者随机分成A组和B组,各41例.A组使用自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀,B组使用外科小圆刀,比较两组治疗方法的临床疗效.结果 82例患者均获满意矫正,随访2～12个月,无并发症发生,但A组手术时间明显缩短.结论自制鼻中隔黏膜软骨刀,操作方便,力度易控制,制作简单,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of self-made nasal septum mucosa cartilage knife in correction of nasal septum deviation under endoscopy.Methods Eighty-two patients who needed surgical correction of nasal septum deviation were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received treatment by using self-made nasal septum mucosa cartilage knife; and group B received therapy using small circle cutter.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Nasal septum deviation was corrected in 82 patients.All the patients were followed up for 2 to 12 months.No complications occurred.Surgical duration was obviously shortened in group A.The procedure was easier to be mastered by those without previous experience.Conclusions Self-made nasal septum mucosa cartilage knife is simple and easy in clincial application and it is worth popularizing clinically.
