目的 应用血管回声跟踪技术(e-tracking)对糖耐量异常者早期颈动脉硬化进行研究.方法 糖耐量异常者和糖耐量正常者各50例,年龄40~65岁,应用e-tracking技术对颈动脉血流动力学进行量化分析来评估动脉硬化参数,包括僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、膨大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV β).结果 糖耐量异常组β、Ep、PWVβ较正常组明显增高,AC较正常组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组AI差异无统计学意义.结论 糖耐量异常者血管的硬度、弹性、顺应性均减低,血管内皮功能受损.应用血管回声跟踪技术,能较好地评估血管内皮功能的情况.

목적 응용혈관회성근종기술(e-tracking)대당내량이상자조기경동맥경화진행연구.방법 당내량이상자화당내량정상자각50례,년령40~65세,응용e-tracking기술대경동맥혈류동역학진행양화분석래평고동맥경화삼수,포괄강경도(β)、탄성모량(Ep)、순응성(AC)、팽대지수(AI)、맥박파전도속도(PWV β).결과 당내량이상조β、Ep、PWVβ교정상조명현증고,AC교정상조명현감소,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조AI차이무통계학의의.결론 당내량이상자혈관적경도、탄성、순응성균감저,혈관내피공능수손.응용혈관회성근종기술,능교호지평고혈관내피공능적정황.
Objective To explore the change of the early carotid arteriosclerosis in impaired glucose tolerance patients by ultrasonic e-tracking imaging technology.Methods All 100 cases were divided into abnormal glucose tolerance group and normal glucose tolerance group,50 cases in each group,aged 40-65 years.Quantitative analysis of carotid artery blood flow velocity was used by e-tracking technology to assess carotid artery stiffness indexes,including stiffness parameter (β),pressure-strain elastic modulus (Ep),arterial compliance (AC),augmentation index (AI) and pulse wave velocity (PW-Vβ).Results β,Ep and PWV β of abnormal glucose tolerance group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group,AC significantly reduced compared with that of normal control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and AI had no difference between two groups.Conclusion The hardness,elasticity,vascular compliance of artery are reduced in patients with impaired glucose tolerance,showing vascular endothelial dysfunction.The application of e-tracking can better assess vascular endothelial function.
