目的研究重症肺炎患者伏立康唑(Voriconazole)血药浓度与各生化指标以及合并使用药物的相关性.方法记录本院重症肺炎患者静脉注射伏立康唑后的血药浓度值、与之相关生化检验值及三唑类抗真菌药、护肝类药物、大环内酯类药物的使用等数据,应用SPSS统计软件对数据进行线性回归分析.结果静脉注射伏立康唑单位剂量血药浓度与年龄、谷丙转氨酶、直接胆红素、性别、千克体重日剂量、质子泵抑制剂、阿奇霉素片之间存在具有统计学意义的相关性(P＜0.05).结论伏立康唑血药浓度不仅受外界因素影响,还受患者自身体内一些因素以及合用药物影响.
목적 연구중증폐염환자복립강서(Voriconazole)혈약농도여각생화지표이급합병사용약물적상관성.방법 기록본원중증폐염환자정맥주사복립강서후적혈약농도치、여지상관생화검험치급삼서류항진균약、호간류약물、대배내지류약물적사용등수거,응용SPSS통계연건대수거진행선성회귀분석.결과 정맥주사복립강서단위제량혈약농도여년령、곡병전안매、직접담홍소、성별、천극체중일제량、질자빙억제제、아기매소편지간존재구유통계학의의적상관성(P＜0.05).결론 복립강서혈약농도불부수외계인소영향,환수환자자신체내일사인소이급합용약물영향.
Objective To study the correlation between voriconazole plasma concentration and biochemical indicators as well as concurrent drugs in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The data of voriconazole plasma concentration,corresponding biomedical indicators,and concurrent quinolone antibacterial,triazole antifungal,hepatoprotective,glucocorticoids drugs use were all recorded in severe pneumonia patients after intravenous injection of voriconazole in our hospital.The relevant factors affecting voriconazole plasma concentration were evaluated with linear regression analysis by SPSS.Results The plasma level of single dose voriconazole was significantly associated with age,alanine aminotransferase,direct bilirubin,gender,body weight adjusted daily dose,proton pump inhibitors,and azithromycin tablets.Conclusion Voriconazole plasma concentration is affected not only by external factors,but also by a number of intrinsic factors as well as the concurrent drugs.
