目的探讨标准大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效.方法选取我院收治的76例重型颅脑损伤患者,将其随机均分为对照组(常规骨瓣开颅减压术)和观察组(标准大骨瓣开颅减压术).比较两组治疗前、后格拉斯哥(GCS)评分、痊愈率、死亡率和并发症发生率的差异.结果治疗后3d、15d,观察组GCS评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组痊愈率和死亡率均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论标准大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤疗效确切,术后并发症少.
목적 탐토표준대골판개로감압술치료중형로뇌손상적림상료효.방법 선취아원수치적76례중형로뇌손상환자,장기수궤균분위대조조(상규골판개로감압술)화관찰조(표준대골판개로감압술).비교량조치료전、후격랍사가(GCS)평분、전유솔、사망솔화병발증발생솔적차이.결과 치료후3d、15d,관찰조GCS평분균현저고우대조조(P＜0.05);관찰조전유솔화사망솔균현저우우대조조(P＜0.05);관찰조병발증발생솔현저저우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 표준대골판개로감압술치료중형로뇌손상료효학절,술후병발증소.
Objective To investigate efficacy of standard large trauma craniotomy for severe head injury.Methods 76 patients with severe head injury were randomly divided into a control group(received routine craniotomy) and an observation group(received standard large trauma craniotomy).The GCS score before and after treatment,cure rate,mortality,and incidence of complication of the two groups were compared.Results 3 and 15 days after treatment,the GCS score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The cure rate and mortality of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of severe head injury is effective and has a low incidence of complication.
