目的观察酒精加双料喉风散预防化疗性静脉炎的疗效.方法将116例乳腺癌术后患者随机分两组,试验组58例从静脉注入化疗药开始,用双料喉风散1瓶,75％酒精10 ml调匀,均匀敷在穿刺点上方6～10 cm处,用纱布覆盖,胶布固定.直至化疗药输注完毕后60 min.对照组58例仅按常规处理.比较两组患者出现静脉炎的情况.结果试验组的静脉炎发生率(8.6％)明显低于对照组(34.4％)(P＜0.05).结论酒精加双料喉风散有明显的抗炎镇痛,抑菌作用功效,预防化疗药所致静脉炎疗效肯定,取材方便,安全,具有简便、经济适用的优势,值得在基层医院应用推广.
목적 관찰주정가쌍료후풍산예방화료성정맥염적료효.방법 장116례유선암술후환자수궤분량조,시험조58례종정맥주입화료약개시,용쌍료후풍산1병,75％주정10 ml조균,균균부재천자점상방6～10 cm처,용사포복개,효포고정.직지화료약수주완필후60 min.대조조58례부안상규처리.비교량조환자출현정맥염적정황.결과 시험조적정맥염발생솔(8.6％)명현저우대조조(34.4％)(P＜0.05).결론 주정가쌍료후풍산유명현적항염진통,억균작용공효,예방화료약소치정맥염료효긍정,취재방편,안전,구유간편、경제괄용적우세,치득재기층의원응용추엄.
Objective To evaluate the effect of alcohol plus Houfengsan on prevention of chemotherapyinduced phlebitis.Methods 116 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and test group (58 cases).In test group,a bottle of Houfengsan was mixed with 10 ml of 75％ alcohol thoroughly and applied evenly on the skin 6-10 cm upper of the puncture point,where intravenous chemotherapy was administered.This area was then covered with gauze and taped securely until 60 minutes after drug infusion completed.In control group,all patients were treated according to routine procedures.The prevalence of phlebitis in the patients from the two groups was recorded and compared.Results The incidence rate of phlebitis in test group was 8.6％ and 34.4％ in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Alcohol plus Houfengsan has anti-inflammatory,analgesic and anti-bacterial effects.Its effect on reducing prevalence rate of phlebitis induced by chemotherapy is significant.It is also safe,low-cost,easy to obtain and simple to use,which is worth being used widely,especially in primary hospitals.
