目的 研究白细胞介素10-1082G/A基因多态性与急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)的相关性.方法 全面检索PubMed、Embase、Ovid数据库获取白细胞介素10-1082 G/A基因多态性与急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)关系的病例-对照研究,采用等位基因模型、显性遗传模型、隐性遗传模型、共显性遗传模型、超显性遗传模型分别评价ALI/ARDS发病的相对危险度,并按照病种及人种分组对基因多态性进行亚组分析.运用荟萃分析方法综合评价白细胞介素10-1082G/A基因多态性与急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)的相关性.结果 采用等位基因模型、显性基因模型、隐性基因模型、共显性模型及超显性模型分别进行分析,结果均表明IL-10-1082 G/A基因多态性与ALI/ARDS的发病风险无显著相关.结论 10-1082 G/A基因多态性与急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)无明显关系.

Objective To evaluate the correlation between the interleukin 10-1082 G/A polymorphism and acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).Methods The case-control studies on correlation between the interleukin 10-1082 G/A polymorphism and ALI/ARDS were collected by searching the databases of PubMed,EMBASE and Ovid.The pooled odds ratios were performed respectively for allele comparison,additive genetic model,dominant genetic model and recessive genetic model and subgroup analysis were also performed by ethnicity.Results Using allele model,dominant model,recessive model,co-dominant model,and overdominant model for analysis,they all produced nonsignificant results.Conclusion There is no significant association between the interleukin 10-1082 G/A polymorphism and ALI/ARDS.
