目的 探讨中药药熨治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效.方法 90名急性腰扭伤患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用推拿方法,实验组采用推拿配合中药药熨的方法,分别观察其临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗效果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),实验组疗效明显优于对照组.结论 中药药熨治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing in treatment for acute lumbar sprain.Methods 90 cases of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with massage method while the experimental group given massage as well as hot compress method of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical curative effects of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The treatment effects were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),indicating the curative effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy has significant curative effect in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.
