目的 调查广东河源地区MN血型基因频率.方法 用血清学方法对随机抽取的1000例河源地区无偿献血者血样进行MN血型分型,同时以序列特异性聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法鉴定其中血清学凝集反应有疑问的样本的基因型,并进行相关统计学计算.结果 基因分型结果与血清学分型结果相符.广东河源地区献血人群MN血型MM、MN、NN表型的频率分别为0.316、0.493、0.191;M、N基因的频率分别为0.5625、0.4375;经x2检验,结果符合Hardy-weinberg定律.随机输血MN血型抗原不配合概率为0.3711.结论 该调查填补了广东河源地区MN血型基因频率数据的空白,为临床输血的调查研究奠定基础.

Objective To investigate the gene frequencies of MN blood group in Heyuan,Guangdong.Methods 1000 random blood donors from Heyuan were detected for MN blood group by serologic technique.The gene types of doubt samples were detected bv polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) and the gene frequencies were statistically analyzed at the same time.Results Genotyping results and serotyping results were in agreement.The phenotype frequencies of MM,MN,and NN were 0.316,0.493,and 0.191,respectively.The gene frequencies of M and N were 0.5625 and 0.4375,respectively in Heyuan,Guangdong.Chi-Square test indicated the distribution of genotypes agreed with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium laws.The mismatch probability of M and N antigen was 0.3711 in random clinical blood transfusion.Conclusions In this investigation,the databases of the MN blood group's gene frequencies were supplemented lacuna in Heyuan,Guangdong and also provided a basis for clinical blood transfusion.
