目的 探讨北京市2004-2013年肾综合征出血热时间分布特征.方法 采用集中度与圆形分布分析方法对北京市2004-2013年肾综合征出血热发病情况进行时间聚集性分析.结果 2004-2013年北京市肾综合征出血热共报告450例,发病时间主要集中在春季;季节性分布M值为0.40,具有一定的季节分布特征;圆形分布分析显示:发病高峰在4月9日,流行期为1月23日至6月27日.结论 集中度法和圆形分布法可以较好地分析北京肾综合征出血热时间分布特征.
目的 探討北京市2004-2013年腎綜閤徵齣血熱時間分佈特徵.方法 採用集中度與圓形分佈分析方法對北京市2004-2013年腎綜閤徵齣血熱髮病情況進行時間聚集性分析.結果 2004-2013年北京市腎綜閤徵齣血熱共報告450例,髮病時間主要集中在春季;季節性分佈M值為0.40,具有一定的季節分佈特徵;圓形分佈分析顯示:髮病高峰在4月9日,流行期為1月23日至6月27日.結論 集中度法和圓形分佈法可以較好地分析北京腎綜閤徵齣血熱時間分佈特徵.

Objective To explore seasonal distribution characteristics of the hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome(HFRS) from 2004 to 2013 in Beijing.Methods Concentration degree and circular distribution methods were used to analyze seasonal distribution characteristics for HFRS incidence from 2004 to 2013in Beijing.Results A total of 450 cases for HFRS were reported from 2004 to 2013 in Beijing.The onset time mainly concentrated in the spring.The M value on behalf of seasonal distribution characteristics was 0.40,which means seasonal concentration characteristics.Circular distribution analysis showed that the peak of HFRS was on April 9 and epidemic periods of HFRS was from January 23 to June 27.Conclusions Concentration degree and circular distribution methods can be used to analyze seasonal distribution characteristics of HFRS effectively in Beijing.
