目的探讨利可君(LCG)对因干扰素(IFN)所致慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血小板减少的临床改善作用.方法将30例IFN所致CHB血小板减少患者随机分为IFN组、IFN协同LCG组和LCG组,另将10例CHB患者设为对照组,给药治疗后观察利可君对CHB患者外周血小板数量和质量的改善状况.结果在给药治疗后第8周,对照组、IFN组、IFN协同LCG组和LCG组的血小板数量分别为184.81±34.92、34.65±12.26、126.15±24.98、157.24 ±31.92,IFN组、IFN协同LCG组和LCG组的血小板数量与对照组相比均有统计学差异(P＜0.05);随着治疗时间的延长,INF组的血小板数量逐渐降低,而IFN协同LCG组和LCG组的血小板数量则逐渐增多.结论对因干扰素所致慢性乙型肝炎患者的外周血小板减少,利可君具有明显的临床改善作用.
목적 탐토리가군(LCG)대인간우소(IFN)소치만성을형간염(CHB)환자외주혈소판감소적림상개선작용.방법 장30례IFN소치CHB혈소판감소환자수궤분위IFN조、IFN협동LCG조화LCG조,령장10례CHB환자설위대조조,급약치료후관찰리가군대CHB환자외주혈소판수량화질량적개선상황.결과 재급약치료후제8주,대조조、IFN조、IFN협동LCG조화LCG조적혈소판수량분별위184.81±34.92、34.65±12.26、126.15±24.98、157.24 ±31.92,IFN조、IFN협동LCG조화LCG조적혈소판수량여대조조상비균유통계학차이(P＜0.05);수착치료시간적연장,INF조적혈소판수량축점강저,이IFN협동LCG조화LCG조적혈소판수량칙축점증다.결론 대인간우소소치만성을형간염환자적외주혈소판감소,리가군구유명현적림상개선작용.
Objective To investigate the clinical improvement of Leucogen to decrease of blood platelet of chronic hepatitis B patients treating with interferon.Methods 30 CHB patients,whose blood platelets were decreased inducing by interferon,were divided as IFN group,IFN-LCG group and LCG group randomly,and 10 CHB patients were took as control group.To observe the clinical effects of Leucogen,the quantity and quality of platelets were measured after each administration.Results At the 8th week,the quantity of platelets of control group,IFN group,IFN-LCG group and LCG group were 184.81 ±34.92,34.65 ± 12.26,126.15 ± 24.98,157.24 ± 31.92 respectively,and compared with the amount of control group,those of IFN group,IFN-LCG group and LCG group had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).With treatment time extended,the amount of IFN group was decreased gradually and those of IFN-LCG group and LCG group were increased gradually on the contrary.Conclusions Leucogen has significant clinical improvement with patients with chronic hepatitis B whose blood platelets were decreased by interferon.
