分娩是一个伴有心理和社会功能的调节与适应的复杂生理过程,分娩方式一直以来都是产妇及其家属极为关心的问题.但近年来,剖宫产临床居高不下,已经引起社会的极大关注.产时服务模式的改变直接关系到母婴安全,有效的护理支持能缩短产程,减轻产痛,改善产妇的主观感受,降低剖宫产率.本文旨在综述近年来产时护理支持模式在自然分娩的作用,以期为临床护理提供理论支持.

Parturition was a complex physiological process which accompanied adjustment and adaptation by psychological and social function.The mode of delivery was a matter of concern by lying-in woman and their families.But in recent years,cesarean section was high,which had attracted more and more public concern.Labor service model change was directly related to the safety; effective nursing support can shorten birth process,reduce pain,improve maternal subjective feeling,and reduce the rate of cesarean section.This article reviewed in recent years in intrapartum nursing support pattern in natural childbirth function,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical nursing.
