目的 总结循证护理在急性心肌梗死手术治疗中的护理经验.方法 对22例急性心肌梗死直接PCI患者进行术前心理护理、术前准备、术后观察及护理、预防术后并发症、正确的出院指导.结果 22例术后均顺利完成治疗和护理,康复出院.结论 有针对性的做好术前、术后护理工作,是直接PCI手术成功的重要保证.

Objective To summarize nursing experience of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with operation.Methods Twenty two patients with acute myocardial infarction patients with PCI were treated with psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,postoperative observation and nursing care of postoperative complications,prevention,correct guidance for discharge.Results All patients were successfully completed treatment and nursing,rehabilitation..Conclusions Targeted preoperative,postoperative nursing work,is an important guarantee for the success of direct PCI operation.
