目的 探讨护理人员对人性化管理的真实体验.方法 选取我院100名合同护士进行个人深入访谈,将访谈内容进行整理、分析.结果 护士对护士长的管理方法满意,科室的气氛好,护士工作积极认真.患者对护士的服务态度表示满意,护患关系融洽.结论 人性化管理理念在临床工作中起着重要作用,要不断地完善,以更好的服务质量服务于社会.

Objective To investigate real experience of hospital nurse on human-based management.Methods A total of 100 contract nurses were individual interviewed and then analyzed the interview details.Results Nurses were satisfied at management methods of head nurse,atmosphere of departments were good,and patients were contentment on nurses'service attitude.Conclusions Clinical practice proves that human-based management is very important,which should be kept up and perfected,in order to service our society.
