近年来,我国肺癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势.D-二聚体是检测凝血障碍的敏感指标,在肿瘤疾病早期可出现异常.相关文献表明血浆D二聚体水平与肺癌的早期诊断、分期、转移、化疗疗效、生存时间、病理类型等密切相关,本文就近年来相关的研究作一简要概述.

In recent years,the incidence of lung cancer in our country has been increasing.D-dimer is a sensitive indicator to detect clotting disorders.Many articles show that plasma D-dimer level is closely related to the early diagnosis,stage,metastasis,efficacy of chemotherapy,survival time,and histological type in lung cancer.This article reviews related researches of recent years in this field.
